My recent experience in therapy

In my recent role with the NHS Step 4 IAPT service, I provided individual Trauma Stabilisation and Trauma-Focused Therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team, which included psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors. I worked with clients experiencing chronic mental health issues such as personality disorders, trauma/PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders.

My previous roles in Step 3 IAPT focused on mild to moderate disturbances, including phobias, OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and depression. On average, I saw five patients a day for 10-20 therapy sessions and participated in weekly supervision. This extensive experience has honed my skills in delivering effective, compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs.

Additionally, I hold a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and am a member of BABCP, ensuring that my practice is grounded in proven therapeutic techniques. My quiet therapy room in Edgware provides a serene environment where you can feel safe and supported.
